These Terms of Service (hereinafter "these Terms") set forth the conditions for use of Morph Morph (hereinafter "the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 — Application

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the Service operator relating to the use of the Service.

In addition to these Terms, the Service operator may establish various rules and regulations (hereinafter "Individual Provisions") regarding the use of the Service. These Individual Provisions, regardless of their name, constitute part of these Terms.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any Individual Provision, the Individual Provision shall prevail unless otherwise specified in the Individual Provision.

Article 2 — Registration

Registration is completed when an applicant agrees to these Terms, applies for registration through the method prescribed by the Service, and the Service operator approves the application.

The Service operator may refuse a registration application if any of the following conditions apply, and is under no obligation to disclose the reason for such refusal:

  • If the applicant provided false information during registration
  • If the applicant has previously violated these Terms
  • If the Service operator otherwise deems the registration inappropriate

Article 3 — Account Management

Users are responsible for managing their own account information for the Service.

Users may not transfer, lend, or share their account information with any third party under any circumstances. The Service operator will treat any login with matching registration information as use by the registered user.

The Service operator shall bear no responsibility for any damage arising from the use of account information by a third party, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Service operator.

Article 4 — Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in any of the following activities when using the Service:

  • Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public morals
  • Acts related to criminal activity
  • Acts that destroy or interfere with the servers or networks of the Service operator, other users, or third parties
  • Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Acts of collecting or storing personal information about other users
  • Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
  • Impersonating other users
  • Advertising, solicitation, or commercial activities on the Service without the Service operator's permission
  • Providing benefits to antisocial forces
  • Cheating using cheat tools, scripts, or other means in the Service's games
  • Intentionally generating or posting images or text that violate public morals
  • Acts intended to meet strangers of the opposite sex
  • Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights or interests of the Service operator or third parties
  • Inputting prompts intended to reproduce or imitate specific copyrighted works, artistic styles, or characters without the rights holder's permission
  • Any other acts that the Service operator deems inappropriate

Article 5 — Suspension of Service

The Service operator may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to users if any of the following conditions apply:

  • When performing maintenance or updates to the computer systems related to the Service
  • When providing the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
  • When computer or communication lines are stopped due to an accident
  • When the Service operator otherwise determines that providing the Service is difficult

The Service operator shall bear no responsibility for any disadvantage or damage suffered by users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the Service.

Article 6 — Restrictions and Account Termination

The Service operator may, without prior notice, restrict the use of all or part of the Service, or terminate a user's registration, if any of the following conditions apply:

  • If the user violates any provision of these Terms
  • If it is found that registration information contains false facts
  • If the Service operator otherwise deems use of the Service inappropriate

The Service operator shall bear no responsibility for any damage caused to users by actions taken under this Article.

Article 7 — Withdrawal

Users may withdraw from the Service by following the withdrawal procedures prescribed by the Service.

After withdrawal, the user's account information and data on the Service will be deleted. However, statistical information such as gameplay history may be retained in anonymized form.

Article 8 — Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service operator makes no express or implied warranty that the Service is free from defects in fact or in law (including defects relating to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).

The Service operator shall bear no responsibility for any damage caused to users arising from the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Service operator.

AI-generated images in the Service are automatically generated based on user-entered prompts, and the Service operator makes no warranty regarding their content.

If any AI-generated image produced through the Service infringes on the copyright or other rights of a third party, the user who submitted the prompt shall bear full responsibility for such infringement. Users are strongly encouraged to avoid prompts that imitate or reproduce existing works, artistic styles, or characters.

Article 9 — Changes to Service Content

The Service operator may change the content of the Service or discontinue the Service without notice to users, and shall bear no responsibility for any damage caused to users as a result.

Article 10 — Changes to These Terms

The Service operator may change these Terms at any time without notice to users if deemed necessary. If a user begins using the Service after the Terms have been changed, the user will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Article 11 — Handling of Personal Information

The Service operator will handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service in accordance with the Service's "Privacy Policy."

Article 12 — Notices and Communications

Notices and communications between users and the Service operator shall be made through the method determined by the Service operator. Unless a user has submitted a change notification in accordance with the method separately determined by the Service operator, the Service operator will use the currently registered contact information, and such notices are deemed to have been delivered to the user at the time of transmission.

Article 13 — Non-Transferability of Rights and Obligations

Users may not transfer or pledge their position under the service agreement or any rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of the Service operator.

Article 14 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute relating to the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Service operator shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 15 — Reporting and Removal of Illegal Content

If the Service operator determines that content on the Service (including AI-generated images, prompts, or other user-submitted content) clearly violates applicable law — including copyright infringement or defamation — or receives a report of such content from a third party, the Service operator will promptly investigate and take appropriate action, including removal or disabling access to the relevant content. To submit a report, please contact us by email at the address below. Please include information sufficient to identify the content (such as a URL or date/time of occurrence) and confirm that you have the authority to submit the report.

Submitting a report based on false or misleading information may expose the reporting party to legal liability.
