Morph Morph (hereinafter "the Service") establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter "this Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information.

Article 2 — How We Collect Personal Information

The Service collects user information through the following methods:

  • Login via OAuth authentication using a Google account or Twitter (X) account
  • Registration as an anonymous account
  • Text prompts entered by users during gameplay
  • Image data generated or uploaded during gameplay
  • Access logs automatically collected when accessing the Service (IP address, browser information, etc.)

Article 3 — Purpose of Use

The Service uses collected personal information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • For user authentication and account management
  • To record and display gameplay history and scores
  • To respond to inquiries from users
  • To investigate and address violations of the Terms of Service or fraudulent use
  • For system maintenance and incident response
  • To ensure proper operation of the Service and prevent fraud
  • For other purposes incidental to the above

Article 4 — Disclosure to Third Parties

The Service will not provide users' personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

  • When the user has given consent
  • When required by law
  • When necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the person's consent

The Service may entrust the handling of personal information to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In such cases, we will enter into agreements with those parties regarding the appropriate management of personal information and provide appropriate supervision. The main external services used by the Service are as follows:

  • Cloudflare (infrastructure, image storage, AI processing)
  • Supabase (database)
  • Vercel (hosting)
  • Upstash (cache)
  • Google / X (Twitter) (OAuth authentication)

Article 6 — Security of Personal Information

The Service implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information. Access to personal information is restricted to the minimum necessary scope, and TLS (HTTPS) is used for all communications.

Article 7 — Cookies and Access Logs

The Service uses cookies for session management and authentication. Cookies are small text files stored in your browser and can be disabled in your browser settings. However, disabling cookies may prevent certain features of the Service from functioning properly.

We may also collect access logs for the purpose of improving the Service.

Article 8 — Access, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information

Users may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of their own personal information held by the Service. Please contact us at the inquiry address below. We will respond within a reasonable period after verifying your identity.

Please note that for anonymous accounts, it may be difficult to link the account to personal information, and we may not be able to accommodate such requests.

The Service may change this Policy without prior notice due to revisions to laws or changes in service content. The revised Policy will take effect upon posting on this page. In the event of significant changes, we will notify users through appropriate means such as announcements within the Service.
